Blessings, Records, and a Story

God does amazing things!

In our last update, we asked that you pray for one church to support our family. God answered. Within a few weeks of that request, a church called us and asked us to come present our ministry. We did. Two weeks later they voted and decided to support us!

We are humbled, blessed, and excited to see what else God will do as we seek to serve Him here in California.

In other news, Ironwood passed a record this week–most campers ever in a year! What does that mean? One busy year and an exciting future for Ironwood. Since we have reached capacity, Ironwood has started work on new cabins and a new facility further expanding our opportunities to do ministry. God is at work here and we are thrilled to have front row seats.

What else?

We are mere weeks from our daughter being born. That’s all. No big deal. Not that significant ;).

In all seriousness, we would appreciate your prayers.

OH! I almost forgot! A quick story.

Our midwife (who we found on the internet…because how else do you find a midwife) just happens to be a believer who will be coming to camp in May. That’s not all, the midwife who trained her was trained by the midwife who delivered Ember. Need a moment to work that out? So did we.

Last thing (I promise)

This week, I had the opportunity to work on a super cool video project. What is it you ask? Good question. You’ll just have to wait. Also, maybe, subscribe so you don’t miss an update.

  1. I can’t wait to see my new niece (and my adorable nephew) in a couple of weeks!
